The authors are Àngels Vives Belmonte, a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, and Lara Díez Quintanilla, a psychologist and artistic creator.

“A Journey to the Depths of the Mind. The Times We Live In» is a book that has been woven from conversations held over twelve years between the two authors, about the mind and the times we live in.

Reading is a journey organized in five dimensions that describes the human mind and body and questions the foundations of knowledge and current workings, to rescue us from the immobility we settle into and in search of new thought, which opens up possibilities that are useful to us and expand our souls.

A popular science book about mental health, aimed at anyone interested in how humans have organized themselves from prehistoric times to the present day.
