Who are we
The Committee of the Catalan Congress of Child and Adolescent Mental Health is a working space within the framework of the Catalan Congress of Mental Health Foundation, made up of professionals from various disciplines and representatives of services and institutions in the public child and adolescent mental health network. It also includes professionals with an extensive background in this field, providing an interdisciplinary, territorial perspective committed to improving the care of children, adolescents, and their families.
The Foundation provides institutional and organizational support to the Committee and to the development of its activities.
Objectives
Promote spaces for reflection, training, and debate on the main challenges of child and adolescent mental health
Promote the exchange of knowledge and collaboration among professionals, services, and institutions
Organize the Catalan Congress of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and related scientific conferences
What are we doing
The Committee plans and organizes the Catalan Congress of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, as well as the pre-congress, post-congress, and monograph conferences that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge, professional updating, and debate on new challenges in this field. At the same time, it promotes cooperation between professionals and institutions to foster comprehensive, community-based, and interdisciplinary care.
Who is a part of it?
The Committee is made up of professionals from different disciplines related to child and adolescent mental health, representatives of services and institutions, and experts with a recognized career in this field.
