Daytime program within the framework of the 8th Catalan Congress of Mental Health (2025)
“Creativity, Culture, and Mental Health”

From the 1st Conference on “CREATIVITY, CULTURE, AND MENTAL HEALTH,” held at the Arts Santa Mònica Center in October 2023 and with the perspective of the 8th Catalan Congress on Mental Health on the same topic, scheduled for November 2025, the 2nd Working Conference took place on December 12th to specifically address the possibilities of arts as a mental health treatment tool, both in the child and adolescent population, as well as in young people and adults.

When we talk about art, we refer to different artistic manifestations: Visual arts (painting, photography, etc.), Performing arts (dance, theater, music, cinema, etc.), Literary arts (narrative, poetry, etc.), Culture (museums, centers, and libraries, etc.), Creativity and Digital Art, among others.

The day will be a space for reflection, exchange of information, knowledge, and experiences, to identify needs in this sector and develop proposals to improve the viability and development of our programs and initiatives.
