In light of the serious events unfolding in our country, the Board of the Catalan Congress of Mental Health Foundation wishes to express its support for the right to decide and to denounce the policies and actions of the PP government and its supporters, which only serve to complicate finding a solution to a very complex situation. This situation, currently posed as a social conflict, requires that various legitimate political options be given space for calm dialogue for the freedom, democracy, and (mental) health of us all. For this reason, we adhere to the Manifest of the Professional Colleges and Associations of Catalonia regarding the October 1st referendum.
