«Reptes per la integralitat:
formació, atenció i desenvolupament professional»

Once again, the Department of Health, the Catalan Congress of Mental Health Foundation, and the Catalan Society of Family and Community Medicine present these Conferences, which aim to delve into training aspects related to the clinical encounter from a comprehensive biopsychosocial perspective. In this edition of the Conferences, we want to address three aspects that we believe are highly relevant. The first of these concerns the training of our specialists, and we ask ourselves to what extent the new residency model will facilitate the integration of all dimensions of the person. Secondly, we want to consider how training can help achieve coherent and integrated healthcare practice in an environment where the economic crisis has led to the promotion of very fragmented practices. Finally, we would like to discuss the personal growth needs linked to the professional's survival in an increasingly hostile environment.
As with the other Conferences, we propose a methodology that combines the presentation of topics by experts with group reflection motivated by the participants' experiences.
Hopefully, once again, the Conference will be appealing to the healthcare professionals working in the current healthcare system.
The objectives from this training are:
Reflect on the concept of health implicit in care practices.
• Debate the training process for specialization in health sciences.
• Promote comprehensive health training experiences.
His/hers/its/yours recipients:

• Residents in training (PIR, MIR, and EIR).
• Tutors and academic supervisors for residents.
The days will be held next Friday, March 4 and Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Ágora Hall of CosmoCaixa-Barcelona Isaac Newton, 26. Barcelona
