Ethics in healthcare organizations
The Organizational Ethics Committee of Althaia has, among other functions, that of establishing an ethical culture that promotes ethical behaviors. Additionally, it aims to be a space for reflection, a bridge between the ethical aspect and the institution's management, and a space for welcoming, supporting, and guiding professionals.
