1. Submission of summaries via email: info@fccsm.net. The term until March 26 of 2021 the Technical Secretariat will communicate its acceptance according to the Scientific Committee's instructions.

2. The selection criteria for these will be based on scientific quality and available exhibition space. The length of the abstract will be between 150 and 300 words.

3. The option to publish the abstracts will be given at the Congress website, even if they could not be accepted, as long as they meet the required scientific quality standards.

4. Author(s) and Affiliation: The poster must include the author(s). There will be as maximum 6 signatories. The two surnames followed by the name will be associated, separating the different authors with commas. The name of the person who will give the presentation must be underlined and they must be registered for the Congress, along with the updated affiliation of the company where they professionally work.

5. Structure:

  • Poster, will have to be a maximum of 120cm high x 85cm wide. The title must be written in uppercase letters 5cm high. The name of the authors/es and data will need to be with smaller letter.
  • The text The maximum length will be 300 words. The sections into which the poster content should be divided may vary depending on the characteristics of the study, experience, or research. Basically, they should be the same as those included in the abstract. It is proposed that it consist of the following sections: title, author(s), introduction, methodology, results, conclusions, and bibliography.
  • The title It must be the same as the summary presented to the Scientific Committee. It must accurately reflect and identify the main idea of the work. It will be in uppercase and must not exceed 2 lines.
  • The introduction must reflect the main hypotheses and/or objectives of the study.
  • Methodology, should include a brief description of the sample, the assessment instruments used, and the design and procedure.
  • Results, as their name suggests, must describe the results and use charts and tables to explain them, as well as show the statistical analyses that have been used.
  • Conclusions, presentation of the main findings of the study, without repeating the results. Recommendations for future work will need to be proposed.
  • Bibliography, fonts on the authors have based their work, but it is recommended that there be no more than 10.

The deadline for final submission of poster content will be April 9, 2021. The Scientific Committee will award a first, second, and third prize, which will be communicated to the authors before April 30, 2021. These winners will have the opportunity to present their posters to the entire audience during the Congress and will have approximately 8-10 minutes.

On June 11, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, time will be allocated within the Congress schedule for poster presentations.
