The Josep Clusa Performing Arts and Mental Health Award, organized by the Catalan Congress of Mental Health Foundation within the framework of L'Altre Festival, has been awarded to the company Brots de Pallapupas Pallassos d'Hospital.

Bread It is a theater creation and training group made up of people with and without mental disorders, promoted by Papullas in 2010 in direct collaboration with Radio Nikosia.

Today, the group has 25 stage performances, both in Catalonia and throughout Spain, as well as in Croatia. Their works have been presented to thousands of people, with whom dialogues have been held and awareness raised, bridging gaps regarding the stigma of Mental Health. Using the methodology of the Theatre of the Oppressed, the actors have constructed the stories performed based on their own experiences.

The jury also wanted to award the companies The Fuss of the Futile i Gautena (Donosti) with two runner-up awards, for their career and social work.
