What personal data do we process?
Can we use the following data provided by you:
Identifying information: name, surnames, identity document, gender, date of birth, nationality, and country.

How do we obtain your data and for what purpose do we process it?
We have obtained your personal data through previous relationships and contact you may have had with the entity, or through your current affiliation with it. The data may come from our contact forms on our website, from paper forms available at our events, or from a personal request by the interested party.
Depending on your connection to the Catalan Mental Health Congress Foundation, you may represent a partner, collaborator, volunteer, employee, intern, client, supplier, attendee of our events, or have requested information about our activities and projects.
The purpose of the processing is to manage communications about the entity's activities and projects, as well as your connection to them. The processing we may carry out includes:
- Newsletter and other information of interest.
- Invitations to events of the organization.
- Request participation in one-off activities.
- Manage your participation in a project.
- Collaborate on a service that has been requested of us.
How is the processing of data legitimized
All data processing we carry out is legitimized by the consent of the data subject.

As a user, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data you provide, exempting the Catalan Congress of Mental Health Foundation from any liability.

How long do we keep your data?
The data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest from both parties in maintaining the processing in question and there is no objection from the data subject.
In case you decide to end your relationship with us, your data will be processed solely for the purpose of proving compliance with legal obligations. Once these statutory limitation periods have expired, your data will be deleted.
Who are the recipients?
The recipients are the departments of the entity, in order to carry out their functions, as well as public and private official bodies that, by legal obligation or material necessity, must access the data.
The data will not be used for any purpose other than that described, nor will it be shared with third parties without your prior consent. If the specifics of a particular project involve sharing data with other entities, we will duly inform you to obtain your consent.
Some service providers have unavoidable access to personal data (e.g., our IT system and database providers). In these cases, these providers are considered data processors, and their relationship is regulated through a corresponding data protection agreement.
Do we do international transfers?
The only transfer we make is related to the email you provide us. At some point, it may be located on SendBlaster's servers (mass email software with the flexibility of a web service) through its company eDisplay Srl., located in Italy. SendBlaster is covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, approved by the European Data Protection Board.
Automated decisions
Do not adopt decisions that may affect you based solely on the automated processing of your personal data. All decision-making processes related to the processing purposes described above are carried out with human intervention.
What are your rights?
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability, as well as the rights to restrict and object to processing.
