For Justice and Refugee Rights:
Let's cancel the agreement between the European Union and Turkey.
The Dignity, Migrants and Refugees Commission, initially comprised of members from the Catalan Association of Democratic Lawyers (ACJD), the Catalan Foundation for Mental Health Congress (FCCSM), and Lafede.cat, has promoted this initiative which has been coordinated by prosecutor Carlos Jiménez Villarejo.
It has been brought before the Court of Justice of the European Union, located in Luxembourg, and requests the full annulment of the Agreement.
