On the other hand, we know that limitless or indiscriminate use can expose people to risks, especially the most vulnerable groups, in this case, children, adolescents, and young people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From the social and educational fields, educational strategies are being promoted to encourage the rational use of technologies and the inclusion of relational and emotional elements that go beyond them. The clinical field of child and adolescent mental health also has its own challenges.
