Visions, experiences, and challenges<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION<\/span><\/h3>\n

1><\/strong>Submissions of summaries to the address: info@. The deadline will be February 10, 2024<\/strong> the Technical Secretariat will communicate before the February 19<\/strong> its acceptance following the Scientific Committee's guidelines.<\/p>\n

2><\/strong>Poster presentation at the address: info@<\/a> and the delivery deadline will be until the March 5, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3><\/strong>The selection criteria for these will be based on the scientific quality, interest, and innovation of the presentations. The abstract length will be between 150 and 300 words<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4<\/strong>The option to publish poster abstracts on the Congress\/FCCSM website will be given, provided they are accepted, even if they are not awarded.<\/p>\n

5><\/strong>Authors and affiliation:<\/p>\n

The poster must include the author(s). There will be a maximum of 6 signatories. The two surnames followed by the name will be listed, separating the different authors with commas. The person who will present it, if awarded, must be registered for the Congress.<\/p>\n

6><\/strong>Summary Structure:
\nFormat:<\/strong> They shall be sent in PDF format on A4 size paper. The title shall be written in capital letters.
\nThe text will be a maximum of 300 words. Arial font, size 12, and 1.0 line spacing.<\/p>\n

The sections into which the summary content should be divided may vary according to the characteristics of the study, experience, or research. It is proposed that it consist of the following sections: title, author(s), introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions.<\/p>\n

7><\/strong>Poster Structure:
\nFormat:<\/strong> They must be sent in PDF format, A4 size. The title must be written in uppercase. The authors' names and reference details should be in a smaller font size.<\/p>\n

The sections into which the poster content should be divided can vary according to the characteristics of the study, experience, or research.<\/u>. Basically, they should be the same as those included in the summary.<\/p>\n

The title<\/strong> It must be the same as the summary presented to the Scientific Committee. It must accurately reflect and identify the main idea of the work. It will be in uppercase and must not exceed 2 lines.<\/p>\n

The introduction<\/strong> must reflect the main hypotheses and\/or objectives of the study.<\/p>\n

Methodology<\/strong>, should include a brief description of the sample, the assessment instruments used, and the design and procedure.<\/p>\n

Results<\/strong>, as their name suggests, must describe the results and use charts and tables to explain them, as well as show the statistical analyses that have been used.<\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/strong>, presentation of the main findings of the study, without repeating the results. Recommendations for future work will need to be proposed.<\/p>\n

Bibliography,<\/strong> fonts on which the authors have based their work, but it is recommended that there be no more than 10.<\/p>\n

Printed poster size: <\/strong>90 cm wide by 120 cm long.<\/p>\n

All posters that include patient case presentations must include the phrase \u00abThe poster author has obtained written informed consent from the patient(s) or legal representative(s), as appropriate, included in this poster.\u00bb The author will keep the consent in their records and will present it upon request from the Scientific Committee.<\/p>\n

8><\/strong>The Scientific Committee will award a first, second, and third prize, which will be communicated to their authors before March 12, 2024. The spokespersons for the winning posters will have a 10-minute in-person presentation slot to share with the audience on the 15th at 11:30 AM.<\/p>\n

9<\/strong>The award-winning posters will receive recognition and will be eligible for publication as articles in the Revista de Psicopatolog\u00eda y Salud Mental del Ni\u00f1o y del Adolescente, published by the Orienta Foundation. For this purpose, if the authors wish, they must adhere to the publication guidelines of the Journal, which can be consulted at the following link: http:\/\/www.fundacioorienta.com\/es\/presentacio-revista-psicopatologia\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
